Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By using The Tech World Labs (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

2. Code Examples and Written Content

Code examples are yours to use. You may copy, change and run them in any project, including commercial and work projects, with no credit needed.

The written content (tutorials, articles, explanations and page designs) stays ours. You may read it and keep one copy for personal use, but you may not:

• Republish it, in whole or in large part
• Sell it or use it for commercial purposes or public display
• Copy it to another website or server
• Remove copyright notices from it
• Decompile or reverse engineer the site's software

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to have an account.
• Give your real name and an email address you own.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• One person per account. Do not share or sell accounts.
• You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

4. Practice Features and Fair Use

The SQL playground and other practice exercises are for learning. Use them fairly:

• No bots, scripts or automated requests, and no attempts to get around usage limits.
• Do not use them to overload or slow down the Service.
• Scores and progress are for practice only. We may change or reset exercises.

Security testing: you may test only the practice apps built for it. Never test or attack the real site, its servers or other people's accounts. If you find a real security problem, please tell us at support@thetechworldlabs.com.

5. What You Submit

You are responsible for what you send us, such as feedback and practice reports. Do not include anything unlawful, offensive or private about other people. We may use your feedback to improve the Service.

6. User Conduct

Do not use the Service to:

• Break any law
• Harass, threaten or harm others
• Pretend to be someone else
• Post unlawful, abusive or offensive material
• Gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems
• Disrupt the Service or upload malware

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content (text, images, video, design and software) belong to The Tech World Labs or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Apart from the code examples (section 2), you may not copy, sell or redistribute it without our written permission.

8. No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", for education only and not as professional advice. We do not promise that the content is accurate, complete or up to date, or that the Service will always be available, secure or free of errors. We may change the content at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Tech World Labs is not liable for any damages, including loss of data or profit, arising from your use of the Service or from not being able to use it. Some countries do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Links, Third Parties and Ads

The Service links to other websites and shows ads. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Anything you do with them is between you and them, under their own terms.

11. Ending Access

We may suspend or delete an account, or block access, if these Terms are broken. You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and we may email account holders about important changes. Using the Service after a change means you accept it.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes are handled by the courts of Nepal.

14. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.
